He joined us in 2014 from SWIP, where he was an investment director in global equities. Prior to SWIP, he was a portfolio manager at Kleinwort Benson Investors. Craig has a 1st Class honours degree in Building Surveying and an MSc with Distinction in Business Information Technology Systems from Strathclyde Business School.

He also leads the team responsible for building and maintaining the Kames equity investment screen, which provides inputs into the investment process across our equity strategies. Neil joined us in 2012 from LV Asset Management where he was Head of Investment Risk. Prior to that, he worked for WestLB Mellon Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management in various risk-management roles.

In November 2005, he was appointed Managing Director of AEGON Asset Management. Prior to joining, Andrew was CIO and global head of portfolio management at ABN Amro for six and a half years. At Gartmore from 1984 to 1998, he was a main board director and deputy CIO and head of equities. He also ran Gartmore's Tokyo office (1987-1993) and a US joint venture with Nations Bank.
