Mr. Chen graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1995, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Previously, Mr. Chung worked as a Portfolio Manager at Franklin Mutual Advisers, where he co-managed the Discovery Fund, a global equity fund and the European Fund, a Europe-only equity fund. Mr. Chung is a graduate of Yale University.
