Mr. Smith has over 29 years of real estate investment management experience. He has his B.S. from Villanova University and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She was previously a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with ING Clarion Real Estate Securities in assets under management. Ms. Rexroad's experience includes global, U.S., income and long short hedge fund mandates. Prior to ING, she worked for AEW Capital Management, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the General Services Administration. Ms. Rexroad graduated from Haverford College and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
