In late 1992, he was assigned to assist the Fund Managers in the cash management operations of the funds. En. Zaharudin was promoted to Assistant Manager – Investment in 1997 and later to Manager – Fixed Income Management in 2001. He was subsequently re-designated as Manager – Investment, Fixed Income Section in 2004 and later promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager – Investment, Fixed Income Section in 2006. Through his 15 years of involvement in fixed income management, he has contributed to the development and advancement of operations and system capabilities of the Investment Department.
Vivian Looi Voon Ai	-	2023	now
ประวัติส่วนตัว	Ms. Vivian graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She joined Public Mutual in 2004 as an Executive in the Investment Department. Her responsibilities in the Fixed Income Section include money market operations, bond valuations and fi xed income credit research. She assumed her position as Deputy Manager – Investment, Fixed Income Section in 2012 and as Portfolio Manager – Investment, Fixed Income Section in 2013. Prior to joining Public Mutual, Ms. Vivian was attached to a local money broking house and was involved in institutional sales in fi xed income instruments, money market instruments and foreign exchange.
Philip Chee Pin Wong	-	2017	2023
ประวัติส่วนตัว	Philip has experience which spans over 15 years in research and portfolio management. Prior to joining ING Funds, he was the Senior Vice President at an established investment management company where he managed a team of fund managers responsible for institutional mandates. He also accumulated extensive experience when he served as the Vice President at another reputable investment management company where he was responsible for managing equity and balanced mandates for institutional and unit trust funds. Philip holds a Masters degree in Investment Analyst from University of Stirling, Scotland and a BA from University of Huddersfield, England. He is a Securities Commission Capital Market Services Representative’s License holder.
Evelyn Sun Ngean Cheong	-	2013	2017
ประวัติส่วนตัว	Ms. Evelyn Cheong holds a Master in Business Administration majoring in Finance from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom. She joined Public Mutual in 2009 as Manager, Investment Fixed Income and assumed her position as Senior Manager – Investment, Fixed Income Section in 2013. Her responsibilities in the Fixed Income Section include dealing in fi xed income securities and foreign exchange operations. Ms. Evelyn Cheong has 20 years experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Public Mutual, she was attached to various domestic commercial banks and was involved in Treasury dealings and operations, fi nancial markets and risk management activities.
